About Mia

Chief Imagination Officer for cre8te amuZe
Wonder Afficiando & Peace Seeker

After years of really bad poetry, even worse song lyrics and adolescent short stories, my first completed manuscript, RED SHOES & A DIARY hit bookshelves in 2003 to excellent reviews.

It was followed by three more Harlequin Blaze novels, including AFTERNOON DELIGHT which spent two weeks on Bookscan’s best-seller list. I then wrote a novella called SPIRIT DANCE, which appeared in an anthology with Julie Leto and Rhonda Nelson, and a chick lit mystery entitled ANOTHER SIDE OF MIDNIGHT.

I’m the divorced mom of a species known as "Tee Nay Jer", a former Paralegal and ABA Therapist. Currently, I'm volunteering as the creative vision developer for ICare and working toward NLP certification. Additionally, I'm building my cre8te amuZe business and using the Writing Blocks Idea Dice™ to plot my first young adult novel. Best of all- despite believing it only happens in books and movies- I recently fell in love at first sight with the man of my dreams.
